Senior UI Designer at BairesDev

We are looking for an outstanding Senior UI Designer to join our Research & Development Team (R&D).

What You’ll Do:

– Present and defend user interfaces based on the overall design process, such as design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.).

– Create UI designs, prototypes, user interactions, and digital experiences for mobile and desktop interactions.

– Master HCI usability and accessibility.

– Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts, following the brand guideline.

– Participate in the company’s design system development.

Here’s what we are looking for:

– 5+ years of experience as a UI designer.

– Knowledge of Apple, Google, and responsive design guidelines.

– A great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.

– Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Family, and prototype tools.

– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

– Advanced English level.
